Refund policy

If you need to return something, no worries—I've got you covered. Just keep in mind that I’m running this operation solo, so I’ll do my best to make it easy for you.

Once we sort out your return, I’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send your stuff. Just a heads up—please don’t send anything back without checking in first, or I won’t be able to accept it.

Damages and Issues
If something’s off with your order—like it's damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered—let me know ASAP so I can sort it out for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, like perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Also, I can’t take back anything hazardous, like flammable liquids or gases. If you’re unsure about your specific item, feel free to reach out.
And heads up—sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return what you have. Once that’s all set, just place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you’ve got 14 days to return your order for any reason, no questions asked. Just make sure it’s in the same condition as when you got it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once I get your return and check it out, I’ll let you know if the refund’s approved. If it is, you’ll get your money back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just remember that it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since I approved your return and you still haven’t seen the refund, hit me up at davidmichaelfrankmerch@gmail.com.
