As you probably know, I’m used to doing almost everything myself—from packing orders to handling shipping. But for these prototypes, I’m testing something new: on-demand printing. It’s a bit more expensive and doesn’t save as much profit margin, but it allows me to offer more options right now without holding inventory.
My goal is to eventually bring everything back in-house, lowering costs and shipping out the merch directly like I always have. In the meantime, thanks for supporting this experimental phase—it helps me keep pushing forward!
